Lighthouse Greifswalder Oie in October 2002, we were almost alone on the island, only the free living
shetland horses were also here. Since May 1st 2007 the lighthouse is open for visitors and it is possible to book
a journey to the Greifswalder Oie together with a visit of the lighthouse.

The optic of the lighthouse Greifswalder Oie is one of the rare left-turning at the German Baltic coast. Also the spiral staircase
is left-turning.
